What Are Our Company Core Values?
- We believe that our people are the source of our success - 'colleague satisfaction' links directly with 'customer satisfaction' which is the ultimate driver of our future growth.
- We believe that lifting our profit benefits all the 'stakeholders' in the company, its customers, its staff, its suppliers and the communities in which we live.

How do we meet our Core Values?
How then do we meet our Core Values with regard to playing a positive part in the society in which we live?
- Cartridge Recycling has always been a keen target for our company. Not only does this raise extra money for charity, it also helps to save the environment by avoiding overburdening landfill sites and causing pollution. We have raised £13,000 so far.
- Voluntary Work by our staff has always been encouraged and time off given where appropriate. Between us we are involved and help with Young Farmers, Scouts, Junior Rugby coaching, Rotary International and Inner Wheel. Many of our staff regularly help with local charity fundraising and one of our staff gives his time voluntarily as a Magistrate.
- A Staff Charity has recently been set up to encourage staff to raise and distribute monies to charities of their choice. The accounts of this Company charity will be inspected and audited in accordance with the requirements of the Charity commissioners and a copy forwarded to them annually.
- Saving Resources has for many years been our Company's policy. We save excess 'usable' paper and give it to local nursery schools for them to use for drawing and making things. We save our used stamps and send them to the RSPB to help their charity work.
So, simply by operating so many diverse projects we take a step towards our goal of helping others.
