Our customers are the principal reason for our existence and Customer Satisfaction means everything to our business.
We are committed to providing you with a high and consistent level of customer service.Our TLC Customer Charter - first introduced in 2004, and supported by all our employees - makes the following six promises covering the basics of our commitment to you.

Price Promise
TLC Business Supplies assures you that our prices are competitive and should you find the exact product at a cheaper price withing 14 days of purchase we will refund the difference. This excludes any "special offers" or "loss leaders" that our competitors may provide from time to time. With over £100 million of purchasing powere the Superstat Group, of which TLC are members, have access to the very best prices allowing us to pass on consistant savings to our customers every time they order.

Confirmations Promise
TLC Business Supplies promise to fax or email an order confirmation to our customers on the same day the order is received. This confirmation will show the price to be invoiced and the quantity ordered. This gives you assurance that we are going to deliver the correct product at the correct price. We will not substitute product without speaking to you first.

Deliveries Promise
TLC Business Supplies promise, in the main, to deliver next working day and to deliver orders using our own vehicles wherever possible. Our courteous, helpful drivers will take goods to wherever you wish within your office saving you from carrying heavy goods around. We have no insurance charges, our goods are our responsibility until you have signed for them. From time to time, because of supplier's difficulties, we may not be able to deliver next day but we will let you know as soon as possible when this occurs giving you the chance to change your order if you require a substitute.

Easy Ordering Promise
TLC Business Supplies promise to make ordering easy for our customers, whether it is by phone, free fax or 'on-line. There is no requirement to remember your account number or look up your own product codes saving you time and energy. Our friendly and courteous staff will do all that they can to assist you. They will also give advice, if required, to customers about what is on offer. If you order on line at www.tlcbusiness-supplies.co.uk there is customer support available at the end of the telephone.

Rewards Promise
TLC Business Supplies promise that customers ordering stationery from us will automatically qualify for a free packet of biscuits (or similar) which will be delivered together with the order - with our compliments.

Quality Promise
TLC Business Supplies promise that goods delivered will be competitive products without sacrificing quality. We are members of a hugely influential buying and marketing group called 'Superstat' which gives us unprecedented purchasing power that enables us to pass on savings to our customers whilst maintaining superb quality.
